(m: I saw an elongated circle.) “I have come to say words to both. Time is moving quickly. The world is in much turmoil. There are many suffering. Keep alert as you follow organizations and the spread of disease. This is mainly in African countries. I must go”
(We wondered about Sandalphon as he had appeared in Hawk form at Adriane’s home.) Someone said “He is busy. Confusion is a condition that is difficult to handle. You may be surrounded by words or fears and yet to keep balanced you must separate to some degree There will be events and actions that will change and as a result cause confusion. Simply see yourself as stepping back and looking at the whole picture. Try not to be pulled into a swarm of confusion as a result of differing opinions. Observe and listen and take time to rest your mind.
