“We are here. Note that your body is more balanced when sitting upright. Peace be unto you. There is a widening within, the reason for the feeling of part of you being out of body. Others are also experiencing these conditions. There may be those who are not conscious of this, but for the most part there will be some feeling of ‘something’. We come to say this: Balance has been mentioned many times before, but we now see that it should be focused on daily, a conscious putting the pieces together. This is an individual step that must contain an awareness of how the body feels inwardly and how the mind reacts to the step taken. If the balance is not felt, there should not be a strained effort to create it. Try what you can and if there is not a feeling of peace, then leave the steps and try again later. You will know you are on the right path when you can sense a physical or mental change. It may be one step forward physically without the mental or the step forward mentally without the physical. These are steps which will help lead to the balance of both at the same time.
Now to another subject: There are many chores that people do each day – necessary job requirements, home or physical requirements. Try to organize so that there is less duplication. All does not have to be done daily. Think of the importance of relating. This can be relating to others, relating to earth and strangely enough, relating to self. This last step involves looking at what is important, doing something you want to do, but don’t have time. Make Time. It may be something as simple as a few quiet moments thinking on a passed part of your life that is a good memory. It may be a deliberate saved moment to relate to nature and/or relate to animals. BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD is a phrase that resonates in the body. Do something different. CHANGE IS COMING, this is your way of adjusting to that time. Be alert.”
Note: Psalm 46:10 – Be still and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
Exalted – To raise in status, dignity, power, honor; to praise, glorify, extol, to fill with joy, pride, a feeling of great joy, pride, power, elation, rapture.
